My journey into UX Research began unexpectedly during my career as an Architect, where I discovered my love for Research and Design Strategy while designing a workspace for embroiderers. By spending time with them and observing their workspace, I was able to design furniture that met their unique needs, sparking my fascination with understanding user behaviors and translating those insights into meaningful design solutions. This pivotal experience set me on a new career path, and I have not looked back since.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in both consulting and in-house environments, gaining a broad range of experience across various industries. My diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set that allows me to tackle complex research challenges effectively. I am passionate about uncovering deep user insights and using those insights to drive impactful design decisions.
